SEAXE CLUB URGENTLY REQUIRES APPOINTMENT OF CLUB SECRETARY

The Seaxe Club is urgently looking to appoint a club Secretary.
The Seaxe Club is a big part of the Middlesex family. Formed in 1968, it is a club within a club and welcomes all Middlesex members to join. Membership costs just £12.50 per year for adults and just £5 for under 16's and it plays a big part in supporting the county club at all levels.
The club raises money and awareness of Middlesex cricket through membership subscriptions, a lottery scheme, a Seaxe Club members' hospitality box at Middlesex County Championship matches at Lord's and through a packed calendar of special Seaxe Club members' social events across the year.

THE SEAXE CLUB SECRETARY DUTIES... MINUTES:
Maintain a record of meetings through minutes for the Club and retain a signed record of each meeting including the AGM.
Maintain regular and effective communications with Middlesex CCC CEO, senior personnel and Club office.
Maintain regular and effective communications with Seaxe Club committee.
Liaise with Membership Secretariat, plus the editor of Seaxe News, on communications and mailings with members.
Organise and circulate dates of each committee meeting, including the AGM
Prepare and circulate an agenda for meetings (eg the AGM, to the Committee).
Organise and circulate dates for the Awards Evening and Box Receptions
Liaise with MCC and MCCC for pertinent dates booking appropriate venues at Lords.
Secure the details of the award winners from the coaching staff.
Be responsible for the Awards in conjunction with other committee members ensuring awards and engraving are completed for the Awards Evening annually.
